Who We Are
- A group of Christian homeschool families committed to homeschooling our young people through high school. We are parents still actively involved in their education.
- An enrichment program designed to come alongside the parents and supplement what is already being done in the home. We are not a full service program, nor do we ever intend to be.
- Offer those classes that are difficult to do at home or are more conducive to group classes.
- Offer a transition for students in accountability and deadlines in an academic setting.
- Parents are welcome!
- We are not a replacement for homeschooling.
How We Operate
* Credo Academy allows parents to pick and choose the classes which will make their high school students' learning experience complete, without compromising their Christian worldview.
* Most Credo teachers are home schooling parents like you, teaching from their educational strengths, professional experience or dedicated passion.
* Credo students are recognized in the wider community for their commitment to their faith and to the service of God in their communities.
* Credo extra-curriculars are aimed at strengthening your students' preparation for college admission and scholarship application.
* Credo's entrepreneur program provides high school students the opportunity to hone their speciallized skills under adult mentorship and gain valuable experience.

Credo History
Credo Academy began in the schoolroom of Jack and Kim Anderson's home in the 2001. At that time Kim was coaching a speech and debate club out of her home. As it continued to grow, the Andersons became increasingly impressed with the need to help and encourage other families to succeed in homeschooling through high school without government intervention. God gathered a core of families with the vision for expanding Credo Academy into a college prep program. Credo met at Parker Bible Church for two years, then moved to Grace Baptist temporarily. God graciously provided the current facility at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Lone Tree in 2006.
"Credo Communicators" was originally the name of the speech club. The students voted on the name Credo (CRAYDO) because they wanted to emphasize both the academic rigor that a Latin name implies and the commitment to use what they learn in service to Christ. So our learned moniker simply expresses faith: "I Believe".
