For Prospective Families, please realize joining the Credo family is a process.
1. Fill out
student application and Medical form--
-CORRECTION FOR MAILING ADDRESS ON FORM. Mail to

2. Send in your registration fee and tuition for the fall classes.
3. Parent and student(s) must interview with the Credo principal and a board member on July 8th or July 29th Students are not officially accepted until after the interview process has been completed and families have been approved by the board. All accepted families will be notified by August 5th.
4. Parent meeting each semester
5. We do ask parents to volunteer sometime during the school year. Most positions require a minimal amount of time. Credo Academy prospers and functions as each family becomes a part of the team to provide a positive, successful homeschool community.
